About Bloom Tree Care LLC in West Milford, NJ

ISA-Affiliated Tree Care Serving Northern New Jersey

Bloom Tree Care LLC provides professional tree care services to property owners throughout West Milford, Newfoundland, Oak Ridge, Hewitt, Kennalog, Butler, Bloomingdale, Ringwood, Wanaque, and Stalkholme. As part of the International Society of Arboriculture, we follow current arboricultural standards for pruning, removal, health assessment, and risk management.

When you work with us, you'll notice the difference that professional training and proper equipment make. We assess each tree individually—examining structure, health indicators, proximity to structures, and species-specific growth patterns—before recommending any work. This approach helps you make informed decisions about which trees need immediate attention and which can be maintained through routine care.

Tree care requires understanding both the biology of the species and the practical realities of your property. A Norway maple growing near power lines needs different management than a white oak in an open yard. We explain what we're seeing, why certain techniques apply, and what outcomes you can expect from pruning, cabling, or removal.

Emergency Response and Routine Tree Management

Northern New Jersey's weather patterns—heavy snow loads in winter, summer thunderstorms, occasional ice storms—create ongoing tree management needs. Weakened branches, root damage, and structural defects often reveal themselves after severe weather. We provide 24/7 emergency response when storms bring down trees or limbs that threaten structures, block access, or create hazardous conditions.

Our service area includes residential properties, commercial sites, and municipal spaces across ten communities. Whether you're managing a single-family lot in Ringwood or coordinating care for multiple trees on commercial property in Butler, you'll work with the same team from assessment through completion. We handle everything from routine pruning and health treatments to complex removals requiring cranes and rigging.

Being part of the ISA means we stay current with evolving best practices—from updated pruning standards that promote stronger branch architecture to improved techniques for diagnosing diseases like oak wilt or identifying invasive pests. This ongoing education translates directly to better outcomes for your trees.

What You Experience Working With Us

You'll receive a photo-based assessment showing the specific issues we've identified, along with a written estimate that breaks down recommended work by priority. Matt Romeo

Matt has been actively involved in natural management for more than 10 years. Starting in the arborist industry in his early 20s, he was immediately immersed in the industry. His ability to manage everything from ornamentals to 200+-year-old oak trees was fascinating. His knowledge of trees’ impact on surrounding environments is evident through his thorough consultations with his customers. As a lifelong resident of Northern New Jersey, the surrounding forests exposed him to a wide variety of trees and the various ecosystems where those trees thrived. His passion to protect and preserve nature helped him grow strong roots in his community.
